This is a Complete Paper Cutting Tool Set I'm using every time for my paper cuttings for many years. I would like to recommend to you :)

This cutting tool set contents:

1 - #11 Scalpel handle (handle color may different as the picture showing)

5 - #11 Scalpel blades

1 - 5in Westcott Titanium pointed scissors

1 - Alvin brand 8.5in X 12in translucent Self-healing cutting mat

Refill more #11 scalpel blades:

Scalpel, through many years seeking for the comfortable knife handles and sharp blades, I finally stick myself in these sets. The scalpel handle is easy to hold and the blade is very sharp and pointed, fit for those tiny cuts and thin lines.

The 5in Westcott Titanium pointed scissors, soft grip handles, and titanium bonded blades are 3 times harder than stainless steel, so the blades stay sharper longer, good for the fold and cut (snowflake paper cutting).

Alvin brand 8.5in X 12in translucent Self-healing cutting mat, is self-healing mat, none glare surface easy for your eyes. 3mm thick and extra durable, can be cut many times without showing marks or cutting lines. This size is perfect for small projects.
