Shipping & Returns


Shipping within the US, I use USPS (United States Postal Service) Parcel Post (2~9 days). Tracking information will be emailed once package has shipped. We try to ship most in-stock items next business day. Custom orders can take up to 3-7 days, sometimes may take longer time, depends the holiday seasons.

Combined shipping available on all my artwork!

**Prices on all items do not include shipping fee.

**I will ship to Hawaii, but please contact me for shipping and insurance cost. Shipping charges are more to ship to Hawaii than in the continental US.

**I will ship to Canada, but please contact me for shipping and insurance cost.

Local customers can contact me about arranging pick-up or shipping.



I would love to ship internationally! Please contact me for a quote if you have any questions. We ship all international via Priority Mail International (6~10 days)

*** Transit times for International orders varies by destination country. You will receive automatic email with a confirmation number once we shipped the package however it is NOT A TRACKING NUMBER. Transit time may take longer for delivery of your package and any delays are usually caused by the custom in the destination country.



For Physical item refund policy:

Each art piece is created with passion and care. Your interest in paper cutting and origami are deeply appreciated and your satisfaction is my priority. If for any reason you are not satisfies, please send it back at your expense. Upon receipt, I will happily refund your payment.

Item must be returned within 7 days, and refund will not include shipping and handing fees. Please return artwork within 7 days in original shipping box.

In case of loss or damages of a package during shipping, I buy the shipping insurance and tracking signature when the item ship. So please contact me if your received item is damaged, take some pictures for the damaged item always good evidence for the future insurance processing.


For Digital download refund policy:

All digital sales are final. Due to nature of digital files, no refunds are issued on them after the order is sent. If you order an image by mistake, you can ask me to cancel the order BEFORE you receive the files. Refund will be sent (minus relisting fee - 0.20 per listing)
